Yoga unifies and integrates body, heart, and intellect.  It asks to what are we relating, where we are engaging, and offers in each moment the choice to step in to life deeply as if to accept with gratitude whatever is truly being offered.  Yoga offers the possibility to participate authentically in life with  intelligence and serenity.   In fact we are always engaging in yoga, or "yoking", and the question becomes what sort of bondage or binding are we creating moment to moment and how virtuosic our yoga is.  Svatantrya, or  "self-looming" is the innate freedom each individual is endowed with, the freedom to choose whether or not and how to engage in life's infinite variety of choices, meaningfully and purposefully.  Unlike traditional yoga which aims at stilling the thought waves, Triadic Heart philosophy seeks to refine and purify the thought-process, to  uplift consciousness with integration of both thoughtful reflection and meditation.  Rather than ask us to bypass the human condition or to somehow quell the emotions and all the richness that comes with the gift of embodiment it asks, "what are you going to do about it?".  The Tantrics' celebration of embodiment affirms all facets of life,  experienced from many angles and windows of perspective-  the sense of self as separate and as wholly connected, in relationship and as witness, object and subject, all necessary and perfect components to the Divine's mysterious unfolding,  weaving a rich tapestry of relationship and connectiveness.

Experience a gentle but challenging asana practice which alternates experience in "evolution"with "involution", movement with meditation, silence with activity, with esoteric secrets of great tantric texts, pranayama, mantra and yantra.
